Centerpoint Meadows is an approved 25.77-acre single-family subdivision of 121 single-family lots and two park lots. It is located in Caldwell County within the City of Lockhart. TMG designed the project and prepared the land plan, final plat, and construction plans. The project was reviewed concurrently by the City of Lockhart and TxDOT, and the City of Lockhart issued approval for the project in January 2021.
Lago Bend Villas is a 6 building, 40 unit condominium complex, located on two adjacent lots having a total acreage of 11.8 acres. Each condominium unit provides 3000 sq. ft. of living area with pool access and dedicated parkland area.
La Hacienda is a multi-phase, 210-unit condominium complex located on Hudson Bend Road, adjacent to the La Hacienda Estates subdivision in Lago Vista, Texas. A TNRCC wastewater permit has been obtained for this project by T.M.G.
A two-phase, 1,147-acre single family subdivision in Burnet County Texas. Tasks included production of street plan & profile plan sheets, grading, hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, culvert sizing, general drafting, erosion and sedimentation control design, utility design, street signage design, preliminary & final plat preparation, and preparation and processing of the plat application with Burnet County.
This project constituted a site plan application submitted to the City of Austin for the extension of a waterline into an existing right of way. The waterline in question was owned and operated by Loop 360 Water Supply Corporation (WSC). The site plan was reviewed concurrently by Loop 360 WSC and the City of Austin. Tasks included plan drafting (plan & profile sheets of the proposed waterline), report drafting, utility design, surveying and permit application processing with the City of Austin and Loop 360 WSC including comment responses.
The Moore Group assisted with investigation of pavement failures on Texas Toll Road SH130. TMG surveyed transects at stations along State Highway 130 (toll road) from north of Lockhart, Texas to 22-1/2 miles south. Eleven transects across the highway right-of-way with topographical measurements every 5 feet. This was to setup a base drawing and point file for Mueser Rutledge Consulting Engineers in New York, New York to study compaction failures of the constructed subgrade at certain locations along the highway as it was being built.

Services included design and permitting of utilities, wastewater treatment plant, water plant, and Municipal Utility District (MUD) creation. Moore Group designed the streets, drainage and water quality improvements, and provided construction management services. Moore Group obtained approvals from the City of Austin, Travis County, TCEQ and the Lower Colorado River Authority for construction of the Greenshores project.

Moore Group provided engineering and surveying for a residential subdivision near Hamilton Pool Road west of Austin. The development has frontage on Little Barton Creek. Moore Group worked with the City of Austin to obtain approval of this environmentally sensitive project. Moore Group also obtained approvals from the City of Bee Cave, Travis County, and the Lower Colorado River Authority. Services included complete design of all subdivision improvements and final plat preparation.
